Relative percentage of CO2 emissions added to the World total, by country (with population figures).  It can be seen that Australia equals, exceeds or comes just under countries with much larger populations.  So if our emissions are “Too small” to worry about, maybe all the countries from Russia down shouldn’t bother either?
